一年一季，光华暑期班和您有约，由大费城文化中心主办的光华暑期班今年继续为广 大学生开设暑期课程，为孩子们的暑期生活增添色彩。
这周末（4 月 24 日），光华暑期班课程就要上线了，今年光华暑期班，将一如既 往，设置了很多受大家欢迎的课，课程设置时间段：6 月 20 日-8 月 27 日，上课形式 还是以网课形式，大家可以根据各自的喜好选上自己喜欢的课。课程的内容包括但不 局限于：中文入门，中文加强班，成语故事和词汇复习加强班，以马立平暑假作业为 基础的三国演义和水浒故事班，以中文 AP 考试内容为基础的中文写作班和中国文化 知识班，数学竞赛补习班，电脑程序班，小电影制作班，画画班，朗诵班，缝纫班， 剪纸，机器人程序班，电子游戏编程班等等，课程面向各个年龄的学生，种类多多。 欢迎大家届时登陆光华中文学校网站 www.guanghuachinese.org，点击 registration，注 册课程。早鸟(Early Bird)计划到 5 月 31 日截止。

- 壁报比赛 / Online Post Competiton：
今年壁报比赛截稿时间是 5/15。 疫情原因，我们今年壁报比赛网上进行。壁报比赛 要求跟往年一样，但是以PPT 的形式。 由各班递交PPT 给学校，所有班级的PPT 都会 放到学校网站，所有师生和家长都可以浏览。 学校团队成员任评委。评选结果毕业 典礼前公布。 学校奖励前三名，但所有参赛班级都有纪念奖。
Deadline for this year's poster contest is 5/15. Due to epidemic, our poster contest will be held online this year. The requirements for the poster contest are the same as in previous years, but in the form of Powerpoint format and submitted to school electronically. Each class will put all their posts in one Powerpoint file and then submit to the school. Powerpoint file of all classes will be posted on school website for all teachers, students and parents to browse. Members of the school team serve as judges. The selection results will be announced before the graduation ceremony. The school awards the top three, but all participating classes have commemorative awards.

新学期课程及注册即将上线。基于疫情，2021-2022学年秋季学期将继续在线课程。 Early Registration of 2020-2021 school year will start on May 9th. Due to pandemic, the fall semester will still be online classroom via Zoom. School will decide if it’s the best interest of students to switch to regular classroom education after February 2022.
- 光华好声音第一届歌咏比赛开始报名；
大费城华人文化中心和光华中文学学校将于2021年5月8日/周六晚七点合办《光华好 声音第一届歌咏比赛》。给歌手们提供一个展示自我的平台，促进歌手之间的交流， 互相学习。目前虽说疫情严重，但大家对美好生活的愿望还是依旧，虽说不能出门， 不能聚会，但还可以云聚，在云端放声歌唱。我们特别邀请了强大的评委阵容，他们
是费越，黄思雨，刘远，薛艺茗和沈桓。
