3. 新学期准备/ The school’s preparation for the new semester; 各位家长. 暑假好！学校正在做秋季学期开学前的准备。目前的情况是： 1. 疫苗接种的人群比例越来越高。大比例的人群都已经接种，从而得到了比较好 的保护； 2. 按照目前家长接到的通知，几乎所有的中小学校将在 9 月份要求学生返校上 学，而且会是唯一选项； 3. 为了老师和学生的健康，我们强烈建议家长和学生（幼儿按照 CDC 的 Guideline）接种疫苗。尽我们所能，保护自己，保护周围的人；
4. 学校要求，进行教室授课的老师，必需在 8 月 15 日前完成两针疫苗注射；
5. 为了尽量满足大多数学生的需求，秋季学期将提供 In Person，Virtual，In Person & Virtual（少数课程）三种选项（具体情况请查阅学校网站）。
6. 学校使用的教室将在课前和课后由 MCCC 保洁人员进行清洁和消毒；

8. 每个教室提供 Hand Santilizer， 办公室备有备用口罩；
9. 按照 CDC 给中小学的指南，如 9 月份要求中小学生带口罩上学，我们同样会要 求学生带口罩上中文学校；
Dear parents;
Happy Holidays! Our school is preparing for the fall semester. We would like to introduce how we gear up for the new semester here;
1. The proportion of vaccinated people in our community is more than 50% now, which can provide better protection for us and people around us;
2. Based on the notice we have received, almost all primary and secondary schools require students to return to school in September, and this will be the only option;
3. For the benefit of all teachers and students, we strongly recommend that parents and students to be vaccinated(young children under 12 please follow CDC Guidelines). We should do our best to protect ourselves and the people around us;
4. School requires that ALL teachers who teach in person complete two injections of the vaccine before August 15th;
4. Guanghua will provide three options for fall semester: In Person, Virtual, In Person & Virtual for the fall semester of 2021 (please refer to the school website for details of different courses).
5. For in person classes, ALL classrooms will be cleaned and disinfected by the MCCC cleaning team before and after class;
6. The classroom will use the Tablet Arm Chair (see the figure below) to reduce unnecessary contact and maintain a safe distance;
7. Hand sanitizer will be provided for each classroom, and spare masks are provided in the office;
8. If the CDC requires elementary and middle school students to wear masks in school in September, we will also require students to wear masks to attend Chinese school;
